I have experience in a wide variety of physical activities and training methods. My background in rugby and baseball has provided me with a wealth of knowledge in creating functional, interesting and athletic strength training and circuit style workouts. I have many clients that work with me exclusively to maintain or achieve new fitness goals. My main focus is to provide energizing and personally relevant fitness plans to my clients.

Exercise Therapy & Talk Therapy

For those looking to improve their well-being through a combination of exercise and counselling, I am one of the few qualified counsellors and fitness trainers around. The ability to work with someone through both talk therapy and personalized exercise sessions undoubtedly creates a unique personal growth experience.

I have found that this combined approach has been successful in helping people who want to work through depression & anxiety, self-confidence / self-defeating beliefs, and trauma.

Kettlebell Training

The classic way to achieve balanced overall physical health! Kettlebell workouts are designed to provide you with a full-body and multi-energy system workout. This means that in one session we will work on strength, power, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. Studies have shown that full-body Kettlebell workouts are one of the best ways to burn calories and improve aerobic conditioning. They are one of the top functional fitness “tools” out there.
